The Company's Approach to Diversity
At INALUM, we believe that a strong and inclusive workplace begins with recognizing the value of every individual. While the metals industry has traditionally been male-dominated, we are committed to fostering a work environment where everyone has the opportunity to belong, grow, and make a meaningful contribution.
We uphold the principles of inclusion and diversity throughout the employee journey, from recruitment and performance evaluation to career advancement and remuneration. Regardless of gender, religion, race, ethnicity, or physical condition, every individual deserves equal opportunity and fair treatment. By embracing different backgrounds and perspectives, INALUM strives to build a workplace where people can thrive and contribute to our shared progress.

These programs strengthen women's contribution to the company's progress while creating an increasingly equal and empowering work environment.
